Brigitte Green

VP of Creative Licensing at Interscope, Geffen and A&M, and the founder of Late Bloomers.

Having spent over a decade in New York working at both Cherry Lane and The Beggars Group she has recently relocated back to Los Angeles. Previously, she has worked in the music department at Fox and for WH Entertainment, an independent music supervision company. She is a member of the League of Women Voters and on the board of the LA Philharmonic. 

Julia Willinger

Artist & Producer Management

Julia Willinger works in music and is starting to dive into the world of guiding meditation and teaching yoga. She is an independent A&R, management, and creative consultant with 10+ years of experience at independent and major record labels. Beyond the music industry experience, she is a trained yoga and meditation teacher, with a certificate from the Tibet’s House “Nalanda Institute” four year program. Her mission is to facilitate knowledge and support in the understanding of one’s mind, suffering and emotions through bringing yoga, meditation and her buddhism studies to as many people as possible. She has begun to offer her work in both spaces in an artist retreat organization that offers inspiration, collaboration, meditation and yoga to musicians around the world.

On the music side, she has worked at XL Recordings, Beggars Music Publishing, RCA and Mom+Pop Music, doing everything from A&R, creative direction and strategy, marketing, publishing, product management, events, and brand partnerships. She has programmed and curated events in New York, LA, and beyond: artist songwriting retreats in Nicaragua incorporating meditation and yoga, music industry conferences in Chicago, and now managing bands and producers. She signed Courtney Barnett, Hinds, Jagwar Ma to name a few, and worked with Vampire Weekend, Flume, and more.

Sarah Kesselman;

General Manager of Neon Gold Records // Director of Neon Gold Live

After deciding to go into music at the ripe old age of 12, Sarah started booking local shows in Connecticut.  Once old enough, she interned at the historical CBGB's where she worked for four summers, in the midst of working towards a Music Industry degree from University of Southern California.  After graduation, Sarah worked her way up the ranks at The Agency Group LA from assistant to junior agent.  Sarah left the agency life to move to New York and book Santos Party House for two and half years.  Sarah has been at Neon Gold for four years where she books Popshop in Los Angeles, New York, and Seattle, and also oversees the development and marketing for artists including Marina and the Diamonds, Christine and the Queens, Matt Maeson and more.  

Alyssa DeBonis

4AD West Coast Manager + A&R

Alyssa DeBonis works in music and currently works at the label 4AD, under The Beggars Group. Alyssa initially starting working in the industry at an independent booking agency, AGI, then moved into the world of management working alongside managers at Red Light Management. She then moved into licensing and sync at the independent publisher Big Deal Music. In addition to her love for music, Alyssa spends her time volunteering at The Harmony Project in LA. Growing up on the east coast and graduating from New York University, Alyssa now resides in Los Angeles. 

Caroline Deason

Creative Coordinator

Caroline has been in New York for 5 years, by way of Texas, working in innovative brand strategy in Manhattan. 

As an avid backpacker and rock climber, Caroline spends as much time outdoors as possible with her dog. She is involved in various conservation committees and is an ardent animal activist. 

She is also engaged in several female focused organizations such as Her NYC, Lower East Side Girls Club and WEDO.
